Results List:

The heading at the top of the results list reminds you of where the search was centered, which vacancy category, discipline, and specialities were picked, how many total results were found, and which group is currently displayed:

Up to ten results are shown at one time.  The total number of groups, along with the number of the currently-displayed group, is also displayed.

Use the controls at the bottom of the list to move from one group of results to another: Page Numbers.

The results in any group are always numbered from one to ten, and they are sorted by increasing distance away from the center of the search area.  Each entry in the list begins with the site name and an indication of approximately how far it is from the center point of the search and displays vacancy information followed by site address, phone number, email address, and Web address. The icons underneath the address indicate:

Phone number: Phone

Email address: Email

Website address, if available: Website

Interactive map:

On the map, the center of the search area is marked with a red push pin graphic: , and the individual results are numbered with blue "push pin" markers: .  Click on any of the markers to see a small summary of the listing for it.  Click the mark in the upper right-hand corner to close the summary when you are through.

The numbers on the markers in the list correspond to the numbered markers on the map.

If two or more centers are located very close to one another, the markers on the map may overlap and partially or completely obscure one another: .  Try zooming in on the area to separate the markers.

To move ("pan") the map window, click the arrows located around the edges of this circle:

move ("pan") the map window to the north ("up")

move ("pan") the map window to the east ("right")

move ("pan") the map window to the south ("down")

move ("pan") the map window to the west ("left")

To zoom "in" (see more detail of a smaller area) or "out" (see less detail of a larger area), use the zoom slider control to the right of the map display.  Click anywhere on the vertical area to immediately zoom to that level of detail, or click the boxes with the + and -  signs to zoom step-by-step.

After you have changed the map by panning or zooming, you may want to return to the original map view.  Click the link at the top of the results list to accomplish this.

NOTE: The site distance  (~ 10.77 miles away) is the straight line distance to the site location not the driving distance. The distance is calculated from the search address location. For a state, county, or a Site search, the distance is not calculated.
